摘要
In the contemporary world, technology-based issues underlie nearly every important decision that top management is forced to make. Crucial to those decisions is the ability to integrate technology with business planning, both strategically and analytically. This integration requires a clear understanding of technology, business strategy, and the relationship between the two. Technology and business strategy are discussed in the context of strategic management. This paper views the relationship between technology and business strategy to be reciprocal. A framework for the integration for Asia Pacific firms is recommended for firms to improve and strengthen competitive positions.
