摘要：

The objective of this research was to analyze the investment influence on human capital on the economic and financial performance of companies in the electric energy segment with shares listed by B3 from 2013 to 2018. For this purpose, the possible relationships between investment indicators in human resources and economic and financial performance measurement indicators were analyzed. The obtained results allowed to infer that the investment in human capital through the distribution of profits and / or results to the employees had a positive impact on the performance of the organizations, leaving the companies to evaluate and develop programs for the distribution of profits, contributing positively to their performance.
