摘要
The paper presents the principles of constructing Decentralized Multi-Agent System of compromising regulation of voltage in electric grids with the voltage of 0,4 110 kV by distributed means of compensation of reactive capacity, the possibilities of its modeling and the results of research of its operating capability and efficiency on a concrete example, including the one with the use of innovative patented devices of Demand Side Management the Normalizer of AC voltage.
