摘要：

After implementing Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP), we observe hat industry want to improve their material security capabilities and problems. Thereby Cloud Computing is considered by some companies. However, there are few previous papers to discuss how to integrate these two heterogeneous systems effectively. So this study tries to use case study method to explore possible problems about the information system integration. The results are showed as follows: (1) ERP software vendors may be more suitable to play the technology of information system integration than case companies or Cloud Computing vendors, (2) Database of Cloud Computing may be more suitable to storage the data than database of personal computers.
