High-performance liquid chromatography of nitrate esters with chemiluminescence detection

摘要：
A procedure was developed for the chromatographic determination of nitrate esters with chemiluminescence detection based on the chemiluminescence reaction of 4-dimethylaminophthalhydrazide with the labile products of the alkaline hydrolysis of nitrate esters. The detection limits for nitroglycerin, tetranitropentaerythrite, and isosorbite dinitrate were 0.01, 1, and 9 ng, respectively.
