摘要
With the process of urbanization, the problem of sludge treatment has aroused people's wide attention. Sludge drying process is significant in utilization of sludge. Low temperature drying can effectively reduce the water content of sludge. Chlorine levels in sludge dictated that the required drying temperature and time. For the chlorine containing sludge, improving the drying temperature and drying time can improve the drying efficiency of sludge, recommended above 80 degrees C to dry for 2h. For chlorine containing sludge, the waste heat to provide the temperature to reach 60 degrees C, and the drying time should be more than 4 hours, or reduce the drying time by breaking the sludge.
