摘要
The 863 national project-CAD/PDM/ERP integration and e-business of garment enterprises is used as a foundation for this paper. Based on research results of different types of garment enterprises, a balanced scorecard model is established. Analytic hierarchy process is then adopted as major analytical tool to evaluate present state of information application of enterprises. Through this way, garment enterprises will have a clear idea of the strength and weakness of their information system and rationally improve business process. The performance measurement model established in this paper provides a reliable basis for the management strategy of enterprises.
