摘要
Carbon fiber paper is a high-performance composite material of synthetic fiber. One problem of carbon fiber paper production is its poor uniformity. In this paper, the changing trend of pH, length distribution and the yield of carbon fiber pulp with increasing of beating time were attained. The surface charge content of carbon fiber was -14.7ueq/L with the method of inverse charge titration when the concentration was 0.5%. In this paper the relationship between the dispersion properties of the: carbon fiber and some factors of pulp were also researched by means of the products observation and measurement of resistance. The factors included the length-width ratio, the types of surfactant and dispersant agent. The best dispersing conditions of carbon fiber pulp were as follows. The dosage of anionic surfactant and PEO dispersant agent were respectively 0.06% and 1.5% to the dry weight of carbon fiber.
