摘要
Carbohydrate content, SAI and SS activity of Lilium bulblets in vitro were examined by colorimetry, HPLC, and methods based on previous study respectively. The results indicated that starch kept degrading in mother scale while accumulated steadily in bulblet during the development of bulblet. Sucrose content declined obviously lasting the whole induction while played an important role in total soluble sugar. The reducing sugar content kept increasing during the cultivation period even its proportion was much lower than sucrose but promote the growth and development of bulblet in later growth stage. Sucrose synthase cleavage direction tended to be dominated during the peak stage of bulblet morphogenesis. Plant growth regulator is beneficial to metabolism of carbohydrate so as to obtain larger bulblet.
