摘要
Buoyant dispersion of surface discharged heat water was simulated using a random walk particle tracking scheme based on an Eulerian-Lagrangian method. Numerical computation was done on a depth averaged two dimensional field adopting a harmonic finite element model as hydrodynamic analysis tool for effective computation and an Eulerian-Lagrangian dispersion model in heat transport. In random walk analogy for heat dispersion, it was assumed that particles have buoyancy and might cause additive horizontal dispersive effect. Most efforts are concentrated onto effective simulation of surface heat water in finite element model using buoyant particles. The proposed scheme was applied to compute excess temperature distribution for surface discharged heat water of existing coastal power plant. Simulated results were compared with both observed data and other computed model, CORMIX3. The results are in agreement with both of them.
