Theory of Josephson effect in superconductor-ferromagnetic-insulator-superconductor junction

摘要
The properties of Josephson junction including a ferromagnetic layer as the insulator are studied theoretically. The Josephson current formula is expressed by using the energy levels of bound states located near the interface. The calculated current shows the anomalous dependence on the magnitude of the exchange interaction at the insulator. As the interaction strength is enhanced, the Josephson junction changes from O-junction to pi-junction.
