摘要
The civil disobedience is interpreted by Hannah Arendt as a forceful act of civic action or of citizenship, important even for our democracy that comes down to representativeness, relegating at the lower level to direct participatory citizenship. In this present text, we will discuss the main justifications for its valorization from the following points: the opposition of civil disobedience to the structuring of a mere community of interests, the figure of the civic resistant who differs from the revolutionary, insofar as he does not violence and civil disobedience as organized minorities, refusing to accept abuses of their rights or struggling to obtain them. Civil dissent is manifested when establishing a conviction among citizens that the government is acting or will act against their legal and constitutional rights, there being no further channel open to the debate.
