The objective of this research to measure learning effectiveness for Productive subject and achievement motivation toward the enhancement of study result among students in the Production Unit at Vocational High School. The Populations are XI grade students at the program of Busana Butik (Boutique and apparel) from 65 Vocational High Schools in East Java. Meanwhile, 203 students from 18 Vocational High School as the sample of the research were selected by employed stratified random sampling. Model SEM was employed to reveal the relation among variables. The study argues that: (1) Learning effectiveness for productive subject is in the making of fashion decoration (59.6%), (2) Practical effectiveness for Production Unit is in the entrepreneurship practical of atelier with the effectiveness proportion about 70.0%, (3) Indicator for women's fashion production, men's fashion, and Kid's fashion give high contribution in the measurement of learning effectiveness for productive subject, (4) indicator for responsibilities and advancement give high contribution in the measurement of achievement motivation, (5) indicator entrepreneurship practical of atelier, convection business, and fashion rental business give high contribution in assessing practical learning effectiveness in the production unit, (6) Learning effectiveness for Short Course Productive Subject has direct relationship to students' achievement motivation, (7) learning effectiveness for productive subject has direct relationship to practical learning effectiveness in the School Production Unit, (8) achievement motivation has direct relationship to practical learning effectiveness in the School Production Unit, (9) learning effectiveness for Short Course Productive Subject has indirectly relationship to students' practical learning in the School Production Unit through students' achievement motivation.
