摘要
A serious shortage of oil since the 1970s, has made people profoundly understanding that we must rely on scientific and technological progress to improve energy efficiency, improve energy structure, and promote the sustainable development of energy, population, economy, and environment. "Regional scientific and technological progress and the energy structure model" established in the paper, not only In the theory contribute to clearly analysis the system relations of scientific and technological progress and energy consumption during the economic development, but also in practical application, provide valuable countermeasures for China to improve Its energy structure, raise energy efficiency, and build an innovation-oriented country.
