Employment Influence, Countermeasures and Suggestions for Female College Graduates by the Universal Two-child Policy

By the time of promoting the economic sustainable development actively, the universal two-child policy has brought profound impact to the employment for female college graduates who face adversity. Aiming at the employment status for female college graduates at present, this paper set forth that under the influence of universal two-child policy, the employment for female college graduates has become the prominent social problem, and it also put forward the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the employment status for female college graduates.
