摘要
alpha-MoO3 thin films were deposited onto a glass substrate with 0.01 M ammonium heptamolybdate tetrahydrate as a precursor salt and deionized water as solvent using spray pyrolysis technique. The influence of precursor solution volume on the structural, morphological, optical and electrical properties were analysed and reported. (c) 2013 Elsevier Ltd and Techna Group S.r.l.
