摘要：

An efficient and versatile synthetic method for the preparation of novel unsaturated fused bicyclic lactams is described. The crucial step of the stereoselective approach is the ring-closing metathesis reaction. The 6,5-, 7,5- and 8,5-fused 1-aza-2-oxobicycloalkenes can be obtained in five steps and good overall yield.
