摘要
Phytochemical investigation of the twigs and leaves of Aglaia elaeagnoidea (A. Jussieu) Bentham (Meliaceae) led to the isolation and characterization of twenty-one terpenoids, including two cadinene sesquiterpenoids (1 and 2), four isodaucane sesquiterpenoids (3-6), one clovane sesquiterpenoid (7), one aromadendrane sesquiterpenoid (8), four cycloartane triterpenoids (9-12), seven dammarane triterpenoid derivatives (13-19), one lupane triterpenoid (20), and one oleanane triterpenoid (21). Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analyses and comparison with literature data. Among them, seven sesquiterpenoids (1-7) and five triterpenoids (11, 12, 15, 16, and 21) were reported for the first time from the genus Aglaia. The chemotaxonomic significance of these terpenoids was also discussed.
