Multi-server queueing system with batch arrivals and varying environment

摘要
We consider the BMAP/PH/N queueing system operating in a finite state space Markovian random environment. The stationary distribution of the system states is calculated. Main performance measures of the system are derived. Illustrative numerical examples are presented.
