Research on Healthy Subjects Included in the Basic Medical Insurance Payment System

In view of the Medicare problem of "heavy treatment, light prevention", we propose to achieve the target of improving the health of the whole nation and controlling health care costs through including the physical examination in the basic medical insurance payment system. Paper medical constructs expenses prediction model, calculates the efficient use of health insurance fund, analyzes health insurance fund's ability and discusses on the necessity and feasibility of the basic health check payment system. The authors suggest: the government should gradually incorporate healthy Medicare payment system; according to different target groups, take differentiated management in medical projects and reimbursement amount; and continuously improve and perfect based on the establishment of evaluation mechanism.
