摘要：

The basic task of the military academy is bringing up the high-quality military talented people, which are acclimatized for the need of the current situation. In this article, the rudimental academic basis is the goal of cultivation of military talented people. Based on the goal, this article made out 26 indexes and designed integrated evaluation-index-system for quality of the professional education cadets from the political quality factor, the military quality factor, the body-and-mind quality factor and the information quality factor. By using the multi-decision-making process, it also designed the mathematic model and put forward the integrated evaluation method for the quality of cadets accurately and roundly.
