Long-Term Stability of LSM-Coated Crofer22APU for Solid Oxide Fuel Cell Interconnect

摘要
A LSM layer was coated on Crofer22APU via a wet spray coating process. The adherence at the interface, LSM layer/Crofer22APU, increased with surface roughness of Crofer22APU. After oxidation experiments of the LSM coated Crofer22APU for 8000 hours, ASR showed a low value of 23 m Omega.cm(2). These results have shown that the coated oxide layer prevents formation and growth of scale (Cr2O3 and (Mn, Cr, Fe)(3)O-4 layer) and enhances long-term stability for SOFC.
