摘要：

Based on the detailed research on Mobile Learning and Short Message Service, the paper provides a Mobile Learning System, and perfects its design of structure and function. It also discusses about the critical stages and technology in this system, and completes it by means of Java. Finally the paper touches the problems of the system, and gives the solutions, which are very beneficial for subsequent research.
