摘要
In this paper, we demonstrated and presented a compact two inverted L-shape slotted rectangular microstrip monopole patch antenna for quad band application. The proposed microstrip antenna comprises a planer rectangular patch element with slotted two L-shaped rectangular slots which offer quad band. The patch antenna is modified form of rectangular single L-shaped patch used to get multiband that is quad-band response. The dimension of the proposed antenna is 47mmx48mmx0.8mm with finite ground plane and line feed feeding technique. The impedance bandwidth of proposed antenna can be tuned by analyzing the patch and ground plane geometry parameters its length or width. The antenna operates in four bands which are 0.93-0.98GHz, 2.18-2.27GHz, 3.29-3.42GHz, and 4.85-4.94 GHz. Proposed microstrip antenna has Stable Omni-directional radiation patterns, acceptable return loss and VSWR in the desired quad band frequency. The proposed antenna was practically simulated and tested for its parameters viz. Return loss and VSWR, also simulated and tested results are compared. Tasted results are acceptable for quad band operation and fairly agrees with the simulated results.
