摘要：
The paper introduces some Our country's energy policies and the actuality of energy consuming in the china's paper industry, and analyses the reason that the standard coals per unit product can decrease largely from 1985 to 2005.Contrasting on some other countries' situations, the paper analyses the actuality of energy consuming of our country, and puts forward the direction of energy conservation in future.
