摘要
This paper presents a 90.4 GHz similar to 107.9 GHz substrate integrated waveguide (SIW) bandpass filter (BPF) by using Integrated Passive Device (IPD) process. The size of the complementary split-ring resonator (CSRR), the space and the coupling coefficients between the different CSRRs are adjusted to control the BPF's intensity of the transmission zero and suppress the parasitic passband of the proposed SIW BPF. The measurement results show that the operating frequency of the presented SIW BPF is range from 90.4 GHz to 107.9 GHz. This proposed SIW BPF has a relative bandwidth of 17.6%. And the insertion loss of this SIW-BPF is lower than 3.2dB over the whole operating frequency band. The proposed SIW BPF has the advantages of small size, low insertion loss and large power capacity. This presented SIW BPF is easy to realize integration with heterogeneous systems or the other integrated circuits. This presented SIW BPF is suitable for the wireless communication systems and the radar systems.
