摘要：
The work deals with boundary equations appearing if non stationary problems for Maxwell system are solved with the help of surface-retarded potentials. The solvability of these equations is proved in some functional spaces of Sobolev type. (C) 1997 by B. G. Teubner Stuttgart-John Wiley & Sons Ltd.
