摘要
In order to change the low efficiency of traditional mode on information transfer between different building department, such as repeating drawing and modeling, isolated island, and info bulwark, this article presents the solution to apply the BIM technology into building information transfer method. By the new method, building information can be shared in real-time between the same ranks, and be transferred wholly and smoothly from the superior to the junior. Furthermore, the key problems to be solved are pointed out in various departments when applying BIM technology. Finally, concrete measures are presented on how to transfer building information based on BIM technology in various departments such as designers, the builders and the operators. The conclusion shows that this mode can achieve the desired goals of three-dimension, shared synchronization one modeling multi-use, and increase dimension by step, and promote efficiency by saving time, saving labor, saving cost, and saving resources.
