摘要：

With the development of a new round of revolution of science and technology, the traditional manufacturing industry is gradually upgrading to the direction of intelligent manufacturing .In this process, informatization and industrialization are the key elements during the transformation of enterprises, and the use of technology and scientific management is the core of the successful transformation. Presented in this paper, construction of intelligent manufacturing workshop based on Lean Management combines the actual case of a NC processing factory .It briefly describes the main theories of intelligent manufacturing workshop, approaches and key elements.
