摘要
A carbon dioxide sensor is developed using trivalent Sc3+-conducting solid electrolyte for the Li+ ion conductor. The selected solid electrolyte was the Nasicon-type structure. The sensor output was very stable because the EMF depended on the activity of the oxide formed at the interface between the solid electrolyte and the YSZ.
