摘要：

A model for evolution of social systems has been proposed. The characteristics of social system dynamics are presented. Models of dynamics of social systems and dynamics of the subsystem of thinking have been developed. An attempt to formalize mathematically the notion of 'thinking' has been made. An approach to mathematical description of the notion of 'social and economic laws', 'social rules of behavior' has been considered.
