摘要
Chinas application-oriented colleges are facing an aimless increase in business administration majors, which leads to fierce market competition, lack of professionalism, and the homogeneity of graduates and the slowdown in GDP growth. Reforming the professional training mode is the only way to break through the predicament of the business administration majors in applicationoriented colleges to improve the employment rate of graduates. In this reform, STP and customized marketing theory in the marketing principles can be used as the theoretical basis for the study of the professional training mode. Tianjin Tianshi College has designed and implemented a new professionals training mode combining differentiation and order-type training mode. This paper may have a universal promotion value in facilitating the sustainable development of business administration majors of the application-oriented colleges in China.
