Female University Students' Physical Education and Cultivation of Aesthetic Thinking

Physical Education, with its unique aesthetic value, and the combination of sport and artistic quality, offers female university students vivid, concrete and appealing aesthetic targets. It is an aesthetic activity which enables female university students to express their emotion with sensory and spiritual pleasure, and ennobles their characteristic and spirit through absorbing aesthetic qualities. This paper focuses on aesthetic education in university physical education. It improves female university students' aesthetic thinking, therefore, improves overall qualities through theoretical and practical physical courses and the physical activities in university.
