摘要：
This study presents the analysis of roll burnishing using the finite element method. The distribution of the residual stresses as a function of the load applied is modelled, the new frequencies and the critical speed of the plate are calculated, the upper limit of tensioning and the influence of the curvature of the plate are discussed. Then, a static analysis is done which explains the measurement method generally used in the industries.
