A Study on Leisure Time and Recreation Perception of Recreation Leaders

This study will research the reflections of the activities led by the recreation leaders on their lifestyles, who are one of the key factors of leisure time industry, and their serious leisure time tendencies. For this purpose, five nature group leaders were interviewed in Eskisehir, whose contact information were reached and who agreed to interview. The answers given to the research questions, which were determined in line with the purpose of the research, were analyzed by descriptive analysis method, one of the qualitative research methods. With this study, it is aimed to reveal the opinions of recreation leaders regarding leisure time, in what ways they make use of their leisure time, how do the activities led by these recreational leaders reflect on their lifestyles and the tendency of these leisure time leadership activities to become serious leisure time.
