摘要：
Faculty users of education digital libraries require contents that are high quality and that are effective teaching and learning materials. Faculty use peer reviews of these materials to select those that they wish to use. MERLOT has developed a scalable, effective peer review system that meets the needs of its users. This paper describes evaluation research conducted to ensure that as the process is reliable, trusted and use-able.
