摘要：

This paper describes a bus location information sharing platform, which is based on the concept of ITS (Intelligent Transportation System). We build it on the Android system, combine with the two-dimensional code recognition technology and use the UGC (User Generated Content) form. In order to improve the efficiency of bus system, we provide passengers with run-time location information of the bus they are waiting for. The article elaborates on the conception of platform design, the system model, the main function modules as well as the design and implementation of the key technologies.
