摘要
The influence of individual and environmental factors on superovulation success in dairy analysis of regression, chosen factors affecting 608 ovulations were examined. The number of embryos suitable for transfer were significantly influenced by: the type of FSH used (p<0.0001), the number of superovulations during one service period (p<0.0001), the bull used to inseminate donor cows (p<0.01), the month at which superovulation was induced (p<0.02) and age of cows (p<0.02). Ovagen (ICP) appeared to be more effective than Follicotropin (Spofa) and FSH-P (Schering). The number of embryos suitable for transfer was higher after the Ist superovulation than after the 2nd and 3rd ones. The number of embryos was lower in the summer than in the winter and from cows more than 8 years old than younger ones (3-6 years old).
