摘要
The aim of this study was to review the literature on the possible causes of the fatigue during the exercise and its main places of manifestation. The fatigue has multifatorial etiology, however it is a limit factor of the physical performance and its origin depends on the type, intensity and duration of exercise; type of enlisted fiber; degree of individual aptitude and can be dived in central and peripheral. The main analyzed place of manifestation had been the Central Nervous System, motor unit, sarcolema, T-tuble, sarcoplasmatic reticulum and the crossed bridges. Being that the main searched causes had been the hypoglycemia; the increase in the reason free triptofano / neural amino acids; cerebral ammonia level; partial depletion of the ATP-CP; imperfections in the bomb of Sodium and Potassium, neuromuscular junction, sarcolema, T-tubles and sarcoplasmatic reticulum; metabolites accumulation of enzymatic activity and did not less important the oxidative stress. These mechanisms are characterized by alteration in force production required in consequence of the deterioration of one or some responsible processes for the muscular excitement-contraction-relaxation.
