摘要：

With the introduction of an LC-MS system which facilitates the use of columns with sub-2 mu m particles it is now possible to achieve short analysis times as well as high chromatographic resolution. Furthermore, the system from Agilent Technologies is able to acquire full UV spectral data and mass spectral data with accurate masses.
