ICT-Enabled Social Innovation

Social innovation paves the way to resilient society. After financial crisis, in the middle of changing global economy, migrant, climate crisis, the traditional welfare society cannot cope in the traditional bureaucratic way with the challenges, such demography, unemployment, robots and automatization, gender issues. Social innovation is based on the widest inclusion of every stakeholder, citizens, communities, third sector. Ultimate solution does not exist, but there is a rich toolset for specific problems. The paper outlines the architecture of a collaborative framework, which enables the users harmoniously applying different technologies to enhance the ICT-enabled social innovation.
