Electromagnetic Performance Analysis of Doubly Salient Tooth Pole Excitation motor

摘要
The use of high-performance pumping units in oilfield production can improve system efficiency and reduce oil production costs. In this paper, a tooth-pole doubly salient excitation motor is designed, and two design schemes of 6-pole 144/192 double-salient excitation motor and 4-pole 96/128 double-salient excitation motor are proposed. The finite element simulation compares the two schemes. Motor torque density, torque ripple, power factor and other performance indicators. The comparative analysis of the two schemes shows that the designed 4-pole 96/128 double salient excitation motor is more competitive.
