Research on the Mining of Basic Talents based on Multi-dimensional Data

摘要
The traditional education methods and online learning platforms represented by MOOC still lack the consideration of students' interests and abilities, and do not make full use of students' learning data to improve the allocation of educational resources, so that they cannot provide targeted solutions. In this paper, we introduce a set of talent cognitive mechanism, and use K-nearest neighbor algorithm (KNN) to build a multi-dimensional data model to mine and identify students' basic talents, so as to provide effective guidance for students' education and employment.
