摘要
Virtual synchronous generator (VSG) provides a friendly grid-integrated method for renewable energies. This paper presents a control storage of an islanded photovoltaic-diesel-battery microgrid, in which the VSG is used as the interface between the AC bus and DC bus. The basic control structure of the VSG and its active power-frequency characteristics are discussed in detail. Besides, a practical control method for the VSG to regulate its output power is proposed on base of moving average method to make full use of the photovoltaics output power and simultaneously reduce the adverse effect of its intermittency on the system stability. Simulations based on Matlab/Simulink and experiments based on a VSG prototype developed in the laboratory proved the proposed method to be effective and verified the improvement of the VSG on microgrid dynamic frequency characteristic.
