摘要
Vehicle dash system is one of the major paths for vehicle interior noise and its sound package is mainly used to isolate the transmission of the powertrain noise into vehicle interior. In this paper, we investigate the transmission loss (TL) of vehicle (untrimmed and trimmed) dash by using the hybrid FE-SEA method, and then give a detailed design scheme of the sound package. Firstly, the theoretical basis of hybrid FE-SEA method is briefly introduced. Then a hybrid FE-SEA model of vehicle dash without the sound package is established, which includes the detailed components of vehicle dash. And the local and global TLs of the dash model are analyzed to identify the weak and strong areas of vehicle dash. The thickness of the sound package for the strong areas is reduced to satisfy the lightweight design of the sound package. Finally, we can observe that for the optimal sound package, the TL of vehicle dash decreases by 0.3dB, but the weight of the integral sound package is reduced by 10.8%.
