摘要
This paper presenting safety management of Oil and Gas Offshore structures. Roumanian Oil and Gas offshore structures is in this moment attracted for large investments and major players on the international market of oil and gas. But the experience of the Romanian Autority in this work of marine oil and gas located at great depths are reduced. In this paper I am presenting risks of the exploitation of this deposits. Based on international relevant experiences with accidents, the hazards and the means to control the risk I am includes considerations of the risk associated with fatigue, corrosion and other degrading phenomena. The risk presenting in this study can be controlled by use of adequate design criteria, inspection, repair and maintenance of the structures an control of the engineering processes. I am proposed a new methodology to obtain quantitative measures of structural safety based to ultimate failure as well as handle the combined effect of design, inspection and repair strategy on fatigue failure is highlighted. The application of this risk analysis establish a robustness criteria corresponding to a certain level of risk acceptance.
