摘要
Supervision in psychotherapy is a creative dialogue between the supervisor and the supervisee, a traning, knowledge, skills and attitude transfer. The importance of supervision comes from the practical value of this approach, optimizing from the professional's perspective of the trainee psychotherapist and in terms of proper social functioning of the supervisee patient. The supervisor, on the one hand, facilitates emotional hygiene and oxygenation to the interveners helping them dealing with bad feelings or relationship difficulties inherent in any social action in order to reach for resources to achieve the welfare of the customer in the shortest time and with maximum quality. On the other hand, the supervisee expands his/her professional competence, improves his/her social skills and becomes familiar with the necessary competences to deal with conflict in professional and personal life. A good working relationship between the supervisor and the supervisee enables the maintaining of high professional standards.
