Research and Application on Blank Material Dispatching Lean Management Technology Oriented Aircraft Part Manufacturing

摘要
In order to solve the problems of blank material cutting and dispatching in aircraft part manufacturing enterprise, the approach of part blank material dispatching based on material dispatching center is put forward. The state of arts on material dispatching technology and application in aircraft manufacturing enterprise are analyzed. The characteristics of part blank material dispatching in aircraft manufacturing enterprise are described in detail. Part blank material dispatching model is founded also. Based on the engineering development on blank material dispatching lean management (BMDLM) system based on the integration of CAPP system and ERP system in an aircraft manufacturing enterprise, the architecture of BMDLM based on CAPPFramework and LeanERP is founded. Key technologies of blank material dispatching lean management process, blank material cutting process planning, information identification based on process barcode, workshop field information collection oriented information integration are discussed in detail. BMDLM system has been applied in an aircraft manufacturing enterprise and good effect has been shown in practical production process.
