Innovative powder metallurgy (P/M) parts were recognized in the 2002 International P/M Design Competition sponsored by the Metal Powder Industries Federation (MPIF), Grand Prizes and Awards of Distinction were presented to cutting-edge applications of P/M technology used in light vehicles and power tools, food processing, metalworking, robotics and telecommunications.
