Correlation Analysis of the Capital Structure and Enterprise Value of China's Tourism Listed Companies

摘要：
This article uses the data (2002-2006) of 18 listed tourism companies, then analyzes them with multiple linear regression methods and SPSS software. The analysis result shows that the negative relationship between related indexes of the listed tourism companies' capital structures and that of enterprise value is significant, and the relationship between company scale and enterprise value is significantly positive, which is basically consistent with other industries' situation. Meanwhile, the article analyzes why the related indictors of our country's listed tourism companies have the relationships mentioned above.
